Located on a secluded beach of Ko Sukon, Yataa Spa and Resort offers an outdoor pool, a restaurant and a tour desk. This resort provides ample privacy and comfort in its cosy bungalow with pleasant views of the garden or the sea. During the stay, guests have an access to free WiFi.

Aside bicycle rental and soothing massage service, Yataa Spa and Resort also features a packed lunches, a laundry service, shuttle service, and a sun terrace. Staff at the on-site tour desk can help arrange interesting excursions.

Slice of paradise

3 night stay in mid-late November. Ko Sokurn is a beautiful island and one of the highlights of our Thailand trip. Yataa resort was lovely. It was very quiet when we were there, and it felt like our own little paradise island. The sea was lovely and calm, and the hotel had sunloungers on the beach. Breakfast was nice (fruit, bread, eggs) and good selection for lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant - including tasty fresh fish. The staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Pat, and also to Mia who we spoke to via email before our stay and sorted out an airport transfer for us. The standard room was basic, but had everythig you need including water every day. The hotel is also next to a nice restuarant if you want to eat elsewhere. And we had a lovely tour of the island arranged by the hotel. I would recommend staying here.

The drain in the bathroom was quite clogged.

From the point of arriving to leaving, Nok and her colleagues were friendly, polite and very helpful. They went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The snorkeling trip to other islands was very good. Very close to the beach. Was easy to get to and from the island and back to Trang airport. We did a minivan/boat transfer arranged by the resort which was well priced and quick!

Nothing to add here!

Good stay if you're looking for peace and quiet

Hotel staff is very friendly (even though their English is quite limited). Breakfast is ok, but the restaurant food is delicious! The beach is calm and quiet, perfect for families or those looking for a tranquil place.

The hotel has very difficult access, so you need to take into account the cost if arriving/ leaving there via private transfer (2,500 baht each way from Trang Airport and 4,500 to Krabi, but it fits up to 8 people). Bathrooms definitely need to improve and they should clean the bedrooms daily. The beach is super quiet, but the sand is darker and the sea green (rather than deep blue you'd associate with Thailand). Still lovely!

Perfect place to stay in Koh Sukorn only this resort with pool. Beach just ok but you come to koh sukorn for landscape of the island not for the beach. Beautiful ilsland no tourists and rent a motorbike to visit around the island... buffaloes... fisherman village... agricultural island

Great place, lovely people.

Very good location, right on the beach in a beautiful garden setting. Very friendly staff and the manager is very efficient and her english is excellent. Good beach for swimming.

The food in the restaurant is very good, only a bit pricey for our budget.

We had a lovely stay in a fantastic area where local people are very friendly.

like the environment, the rooms where comfortable and had the necessary facilities. The food was good and the staff was very helpful.

« Excellent resort en bord de plage paradisiaque »

Situation en bord de plage extraordinaire, mobilier de plage et détente mis à disposition (lits de repos, transats) et en nombre, jardin entretenu et propre. La réception fournit une bonne assistance pour organiser les transferts, exécutés de façon très précise et professionnelle.

Le service de restauration est correct sans plus, avec des surprises car certaines serveuses ont un anglais extrêmement limité (erreurs de commande...).

« Très beau séjour! »

Les chambres donnant directement sur l’océan. Le personnel est très accueillant et aidant. Restaurant délicieux. La plage est déserte. Les chambres sont très bien pour le prix.

Le wifi est seulement au restaurant et pas dans les chambres. Le prix des transports pour arriver et partir de l’hôtel sont plus élevés que dans les hôtels voisins.

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing, delicious, warm and friendly!! LOVED YATAA!!

This was a special gem indeed, that we were so lucky to have found! The staff members were beyond friendly and helpful. Nok, went out of her way to get us special floaties and sand toys for our little boy. The beach was quiet and clean. The food was excellent. The beds were comfy, and rooms kept very clean. We enjoyed every bit of our stay at Yataa and cant wait to visit again someday!

Relaxed stay

The lovely staff. They played with our toodler and we could enjoy the delicious menue. The thai massage is excellent. The pool is nice and the restaurant.

Unfortunately with the tide came plastic to the beach. WIFI only at the restaurant not in the bungalow.

Very difficult to reach but worth it!

Staff were polite and friendly. Facilities were clean and well presented. Location was beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return there again in future.

Getting there took an entire day. Made it easily to lao liang but resort had not arranged a long tail to pick me up when asked telling me it would be easy to DIY. It wasnt resort of lao liang called Yataa and arranged it while I sat on the beautiful Lao Liang beach quite upset. Would suggest visiting another island and staying there first and getting them to arrange transport to Yataa for you. Less stressful.

bring a book and get a beach all for yourself!

clean and simple bungalows right on a long stretch of clean beach with no trash, only two small resorts on the beach, very friendly and helpful staff, nice restaurant with plenty of good thai food options (not many choices around), basic breakfast, total calm with no cars around all day, easy day trip bike ride with zero traffic around the island or boat trip to nearby islands to taste white sand beach and snorkeling.

not many activities around (but that's why you come here for: just relax on the beach), the pool looked amazing on the pictures but it seems like it's a bit let down and local families who come stay with their kids let them take over freely - too bad more attention isn't paid to maintain it calm and clean.
